    Position Overview:

    As our Digital Marketing Genius, you willbe responsible for developing and executing high-performing campaigns acrossmultiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, andGoogle. Your primary goal will be to generate quality leads and driveappointments at a very low cost, ultimately contributing to our company'sgrowth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop,manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram,TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
    • Createcompelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audienceand drives conversions.
    • Producehigh-quality visual and written content tailored to each platform,including videos, graphics, and copywriting.
    • Recordyourself on video, confidently presenting our value proposition to be usedin ads across various platforms.
    • Monitor,analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisionsto continuously improve results.
    • Stayup to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing,content creation, and social media advertising.
    • Collaborateclosely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
    • Innovateand test new strategies to reduce cost per lead and increase conversionrates.
    • Developretargeting campaigns and strategies to nurture leads through the salesfunnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Provenexperience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on leadgeneration, content creation, and driving sales through social mediaplatforms.
    • Strongunderstanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customeracquisition.
    • Experiencewith A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics tools.
    • Exceptionalknowledge of ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, andTikTok Ads.
    • Strongcontent creation skills, including graphic design, video production, andcopywriting.
    • Comfortableand confident recording yourself on video to present our value propositionin a compelling way.
    • Stronganalytical skills and experience using data-driven decision-making tooptimize campaigns.
    • Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    • Strongcommunication and teamwork skills.
