Are you an admin whizz

with solid Excel and Word skills? Look no further, this opportunity is for you as the main purpose for this role is to manage and organize a wide range of data, reports and initiatives.


To be successful in this role, you will therefore requirestrong administrative skills, attention to detail and a high level of adaptability.


Put your skills to good use as the Health, Safety and Risk Coordinator and join our North American Closed Sites team.


More specifically, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare Health, Safety and Risk audit reports and monthly reports;
  • Maintain related training programs and HSR policies, standards, guidelines, procedures and forms;
  • Manage, compile and maintain a report archive;
  • Review and gather data for routine corporate reporting requirements;
  • Assist with HSR related projects and initiatives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • At least 3 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities;
  • Studies in a Health, Safety & Environment related field OR a keen interest to develop in that field will be a significant asset;
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Strong written communication skills;
  • A critical and analytical thinker;
  • Confident user of the MS Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Valid driver's licence required.

Languages:
You must have an advanced level of English and an intermediate level of French (written and verbal). Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.


Travel:

You must be willing to travel within Canada and the USA ( 20%) and work with colleagues located in different time zones.
