The Strategic and Indigenous Affairs Division provides a strategic hub for the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation's work on strategic initiatives such as Indigenous relations, natural resource management initiatives, intergovernmental relations, and legislative and regulatory development.


Reporting to the Director, Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations, this position independently manages assigned policy development projects focused on the review and revision of existing ministry programs or legislation.


Job Requirements:


  • Degree in business administration, public administration, or equivalent. OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year experience researching policy issues and conducting policy analysis.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing projects and/or project components.

  • Travel is required.
