- advising hospitals or other health services providers on corporate, commercial and governance matters, including in respect of corporate structuring and reorganizations, integrations, commercial contracts, procurement, strategic alliances, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, financings, and regulatory compliance matters
- providing regulatory advice and opinions, including in respect of changes in law and regulation impacting business models and care delivery limitations and opportunities
