Description

What Would You Be Doing?

Repair equipment's, change receipt rolls, replace signage.
Sweeping/washing the garage floors/ramps/islands/curbs.
Litter pickup from garage floors, ramps, entrances, and exits.
Wiping down of signage, equipment, garbage bins, walls, rails, posts, equipment, nobs, handles, buttons, ledges, and windows
Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches
Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair when needed
Paint touchup/ Wash golf cars
Clean parking office and bathroom
Clean/maintain storage rooms
Lift and move up to 50lbs objects.
Other duties as assigned by the manager

What Are the Working Conditions?

Must be able to work alone with mínimal supervision
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
Must be able to lift up to lift up to 50 lbs.

What Are We Looking For?

Previous maintenance and repair experience
Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verbally
Flexible to work weekends and other shifts, when needed
Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Ability to work well alone an as within a teamoriented environment
