Project Coordinator - Integrations
We are in search of a talented and motivated
Project Coordinator to join our
Integrations team.

Reporting to the Program Manager (PGM), the Project Coordinator will manage the day to day schedules and tasks of the technical team to ensure project deadlines are met successfully and in a timely manner.

What you will do:

Schedule and Track task progression through the different Project Phases for a team of Developers and our External Partners.
Daily Checkins with Developers to ensure tasks remain on schedule
Provide coordination assistance to the Developers
Prioritize and coordinate impromptu requests to minimize disruption to existing schedules and timelines
Communicate any schedule changes or critical blocking issues preventing timely delivery to the PGM.
Prepare daily and weekly status reports to provide visibility on the status of various projects to Managers and Executives.
Review ongoing work in our tracking software (JIRA) to ensure task information and statuses are up to date.
Document Action Items from meetings and publish via our various communication channels. Proactively follow up to ensure Action Items are resolved.

Who you are:

2 years of project coordination or administration experience preferably in a technological environment
Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Organized with an attention for the details
Solid Time Management Skills
Capacity to context switch and work on multiple projects at the same time
A teamoriented professional
