Job Summary
The Production Worker will primarily be responsible for bagging and piling Fertilizer as well as assisting with loading customers.

This position will require an ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate time management skills and an ability to work individually as well as part of a team.


Job Duties

  • Communicate with Customers in a Friendly and Professional manner.
  • Operate a Forklift to Load Crop Protection Products for Customers and Load/Unload Trucks.
  • Communicate and work with Customers on a frequent basis.
  • Bag and Pile Fertilizer.

Job Requirements

  • Valid AZ license with a clean driving abstract
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

Work Conditions

  • Lifting, moving, or manipulating objects up to 30 kilograms.
  • Operate a Forklift to Load and Unload Trucks and Customer Vehicles.
  • Extended periods of walking.
  • Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
$19.50-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (required)
