We are looking for an
experienced Dental Receptionist to be part of our office to work in our office
.
Our busy dental practice is searching for a dedicated Dental Receptionist which can keep up with our busy office and tend to our patients needs when necessary.
Responsibilities include:_
- Answering the phone to help patients needs
- Billing treatment and sending estimates
- Collecting patient differences
- Calling insurances for dental breakdowns and fully understanding patients insurance in order to schedule our patients accordingly
- Doing Recalls
- Going through COVID19 forms with patients and preparing them in advance for our office

We are looking for:_
- 1 Year
experience as a > Dental Receptionist
< - Successful completion of a dental reception program
- Comprehensive understanding of dental terminology
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong knowledge the ABLEDent program
Multitasking is a must
