About the role

AIM) is currently on the hunt for Lead Generation Specialist who is eager to add value to a purpose-driven company This role can be done remotely.


Reporting to the VP, Sales Enablement, the Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Business Development team in reaching company revenue targets.

They will do this through qualifying, prospecting and generating leads by connecting with customers directly.

This role will play a critical role within the sales team as it has the ability to directly make an impact on customers and therefore, on revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generating interest in AI-Media's solutions by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
  • Gaining a strong understanding of the ideal customer profile (ICP) that AI-Media is targeting
  • Outbound and inbound lead generation
  • Working with marketing to understand campaigns and tactics that might be beneficial in identifying ideal customers
  • Setting up meetings for Business Development Managers and prospective customers
  • Managing inbound leads in CRM
  • Ensuring CRM is updated to note each customer interaction
  • Effectively building collaborative relationships with colleagues and business stakeholders

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of experience in comparable roles involving sales within an outbound environment, with a preference for expertise in selling SaaS products.
  • A team player with positive and proactive attitude who can contribute to a goalorientated team and achieve outcomes
  • A selfstarter who is comfortable working autonomously
  • Great ability to work well with others
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders across the business and building strong relationships
  • Ability to keep cool under pressure, have exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • You exhibit a strong customer service focus, and demonstrate commitment to understanding and addressing the needs of customers with a proactive and solutionoriented approach

Essential technical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360
  • Possesses a solid knowledge of CRM

Desirable technical skills

  • Should possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, datadriven decisions to optimize and enhance leadgeneration campaigns.
  • Great understanding of technology and SaaS.

Salary:
$53,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
