    Role Overview:

    Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and Customer Excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in executing our inbound sales strategy and shaping the future of our business.

    This position entails showcasing our platform and driving revenue through the acquisition and expansion of client accounts, primarily by following up on inbound leads. You'll engage with business leaders who have already expressed interest in our services, leveraging the provided leads and accessing our suite of marketing and sales tools. As a valued member of our sales team, you'll receive custom training to effectively demonstrate the platform and onboard new clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming leads: Reach out to incoming leads via chat, phone and email, managing interactions effectively through our CRM system.
    • Manage lead engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs and interests.
    • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the outbound team to manage onboarding once there is a sales conversion.
    • Delivery excellence: Ensure the successful launch and timely delivery of client send-outs to meet their expectations and requirements.
    • Customer support: Address and resolve inquiries from existing clients promptly via chat, email, and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
    • Product expertise: Address prospective customer queries, articulate the value of a partnership with EverythingCard, and gain trust with decision-makers.
    • Client training and onboarding: Conduct training sessions to onboard new clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed.
    • Proactive communication: Effectively manage and communicate any program changes or updates to clients, ensuring transparency in relationships.
    • Grow existing client base: Foster growth and strengthen long-term relationships with current clients through active engagement.
    • Outbound calling: Initiate outbound calls to engage potential clients and provide them with relevant information about our products and services.

    Who You Are:

    • Brings 2-3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
    • Demonstrates excellent English language skills and communication, both verbal and written.
    • Exhibits coachability, is quick to learn and shows a willingness to work on personal areas for improvement.
    • Possesses product knowledge with experience in B2B sales environments.
    • Demonstrates strong project management skills, adept at overseeing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
    • Collaborates effectively across teams, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
    • Tailors messages to customers based on their needs, incorporating additional upgrades or extended products/services.
    • Enjoys engaging with potential clients via phone calls, boasting experience in telesales skills.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
    • Exhibits an outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanour, fostering positive relationships with clients.

    Salary: $21 - $25/ hour
