May Duties:
- Strategically plan, oversee, and assess the operations of establishments involved in wholesale and ebike services.
- Determine the range of ebike services to be offered and implement appropriate pricing and credit policies.
- Analyze market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand for ebike services, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on ebike services.
- Engage in sourcing and negotiation with vendors as needed to procure ebikes and related merchandise for resale, with a focus on enhancing service offerings.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to the promotion of ebike services.
- Formulate budgets, authorize expenditures, and closely monitor revenue streams, with a dedicated focus on expanding and improving ebike services.
- Effectively manage personnel by assigning duties and responsibilities, emphasizing expertise in delivering outstanding ebike services.
- Continuously assess and enhance customer service, promptly addressing customer requests and resolving issues related to ebike services.
- Manage staffing requirements, including the recruitment, development, and retention of staff with a strong understanding of ebike technology and a commitment to superior customer service in ebike services.

Education:
High school
Experience:
Prefer to have more than
3 years work experiences in retail or wholesale sales, especially in e-bikes.
