Under the supervision of Recreation Manager, the Recreation Administrative Coordinator plan and coordinate resources for the Community Recreation Department's (CRD) support programs.
The incumbent is responsible for reconciling expenses and liaising with the accounting department. Among other things, this person enters data in Excel and codes invoices. They prepares PSP public and NPF monthly financial reports, as well as reports and briefings.
the Recreation Administrative Coordinator will also follow up with customers (expired subscriptions, problems, etc.) and be in charge of reception staff.
She or he is responsible for inventory management, including coordinating the purchase and payment of all public and non-public goods and services for CRDs base.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Financial Management, Business Administration, Sports Administration, Recreation Management, Leisure Services, or a related field and some years of experience in sports and recreation administration or in a related field
OR
High School diploma and several years of experience in sports and recreation administration or in a related field
Experience
In coordinating resources
In budget administration
