The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for serving customers in person and via the telephone.
- Process paper work, and keep the customer data base up to date to ensure information is accurate.
- Data entry on various software's such as business management system (Mitchell Repair Center), scheduling software (Progi), and partner communication platform(s) (ARMS Automotive, Mitchell Connect).
Requirements:
- Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a fast paced working environment.
- Professional appearance, manners, strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Experience working as a customer service representative for an auto body shop or in an automotive parts position is highly preferred
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $16.00$18.00 per hour, with Benefits. Monday
- Friday 9:00 Am 5:30 PM
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Diploma or higher
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Drivers License (required)
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
