About The Role
Erikson Consumer is seeking a commercially driven Business Manager to lead strategy, vendor relations, and business growth across key categories including Bluetooth speakers, headphones, gaming accessories, home audio, cellular accessories, and aftermarket car audio.
If you excel at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial execution, this role offers the opportunity to lead from the front.

Sales incentives & promotional planning
Competitive analysis & product placement
Merchandising strategy
Sales communication & performance management
Forecasting & collaboration with Purchasing
New business development
Minimum Requirements
Open to strong candidates who bring 3+ years of Product Management experience, or comparable experience in sales.
Experience working for a distributor is an asset
Background in sales, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy is a strong asset
B.Comm or equivalent
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills; confident with numbers and spreadsheets
Detail‑oriented with strong judgment and problem‑solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Retail experience
Bilingual in French and English required (English required due to business operations across Canada and the U.S.)
You will own the full product lifecycle—aligning closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Leadership to strengthen vendor partnerships, maximize category performance, and drive strategic growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
