  • Understand our systems and processes, to be able to translate the client's and partner's requirements to our workflow
  • Coordinate the technical requirements dictated by the trading partner with our development team, ensuring that all applicable test cases are successfully completed and moved to production prior to golive.
  • Help the client determine what scenarios they will encounter in their business process and ensure that they are trained on how to fulfill those requirements in our system i.e. provide enduser training specific to the new partner setup for the client.
  • Direct clients to solutions and alternatives to any issues or concerns they are having with our products and services.


Familiarity with support or project management systems, retail order & shipment management, and EDI processes are beneficial but not required.

You must, however, be comfortable working with computers and software at an advanced user level.

This role is for an Implementation Specialist with our EDI business line and product. It is a hybrid role where you will have responsibilities that entail providing end to end service for customers.

This is an evolving role, currently reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager with ample opportunity for growth if you play to your strengths.

  • Disciplined and reliable. You are able to organize and prioritize a high volume of customer needs and triage appropriately. You proactively communicate when you need help.
  • Empathy & Patience. As someone stewarding our customers through technical implementations it is important that you understand the challenges they face and always work back towards solutions that will help alleviate their difficulties where possible.
  • Detail Oriented & Constant Learner. The technical needs of our customers, trading partners, and software vary widely and success in this role will require a detailed understanding (with training and support) to deliver services correctly. Being able to admit to a mistake and learn from it is crucial as well as take the time to review one's work thoughtfully.
