WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

Assist the Executive Chef in
planning banquet menus considering Guests, dish popularity, and cost.

-
Cook and
supervise the cooking of banquet dishes, maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Oversee
product ordering for banquets/events.
Maintain
ownership over your clean and organized
station.

-
Work cross-functionally with the Food & Beverage Services Manager (and Assistant) and Event Managers/Coordinators to assure that culinary production consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Show your inspired
upbeat attitude to foster teamwork.
Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.

WHAT YOU BRING

4 years' experience in a culinary role; preferred.
Detail orientation and a
passion for cuisine

Exceptional **problemsolving

Must be able to work efficiently in a
fastpaced environment and be able to maintain organization with a positive attitude.
