We are hiring a
Specialist, IT Support to join our Toronto Campus


What You Will Do

  • Install, Modify, and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.
  • Search and manage thirdparty's contractors for various IT and Facilityrelated works.
  • Handle technical requests and issues raised by staff and troubleshoot technical and process problems to ensure continued productivity.
  • Carry out routine IT inspection, maintenance work and resolve any network issues.
  • Act as a technical resource for the organization.
  • Keep records of updates to hardware and software.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements.
  • Creates user guides by writing operational instructions.
  • Report to and carry out tasks assigned by the manager.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Exceptional skills in troubleshooting and problemsolving.
  • Good knowledge of networking and common office productivity software.
  • Solid relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking principles.
  • Customerservice focus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detailoriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Ability to take on responsibility, to work well as a team member, and to work independently.
