What you'll work on:

  • Inspire and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing coaching, feedback, and oversight for all Talent Operations.
  • Design and implement strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including University, DEIB, and referral incentives, scaling them both domestically and globally, driving their implementation and ensuring adoption. Develop project plans and make recommendations to support program readiness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership and People Systems and Analytics, to ensure successful implementation, management, and usage of Application Tracking System and bolt on products.
  • Maintain job descriptions, develop end to end recruitment standard operating procedures, and manage Talent Acquisition libraries. Ensure enablement and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Oversee temporary staffing solutions (where needed), Talent Acquisition contracts and vendor management of recruitment systems such as Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor and Gem.
  • Handle global budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management for recruitment systems.
  • Report on global recruitment data. Ensure that all team recruiting data is captured in the ATS to effectively provide updates on pipeline and hiring conversions to business units & Talent Acquisition leadership. Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of recruitment operations experience, with at least 3 years in a talent acquisition operations leadership role. Proven track record building, managing and optimizing Talent Acquisition operations functions Strong account management, interpersonal, organizational, written, negotiation, and presentation skills High degree of business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business and other leaders at a Director+ level Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, including high competencies in crossgroup collaboration, people acumen and strong interpersonal skills Capable of assessing, defining and implementing forwardlooking business strategies within a fastpaced, ambiguous and resultsoriented environment Experience with Workday ATS

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Gem
  • Partner with stakeholders to execute global forecasting, reporting processes, and strategies (hiring, attrition, approvals etc.)
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners, including Learning & Development and IT, on class forecasting/onboarding.
  • Maintain an understanding of a bestinclass talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and processes.

The expected salary range* for this role is $108,100 to $162,100 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
