Job Title:
Full-time Recruitment Specialist

Job Types:
Full-time permanent

Location:
Winnipeg, Manitoba

Working time:
Monday - Friday

Salary:
$15.30 an hour

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Human Resources Manager to plan and coordinate the staffing needs and activities of the company.
Give applicants feedback on the selection process and create job contracts.
Attract and recruit graduates from various educational institutions, such as colleges and universities.
Providing managers and employees with advice on staffing policies and procedures.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, evaluation).
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
A diploma in human resources, business administration, management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or a relevant position.
Languages: English and Chinese.
Strong communication skills.
Superior accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a new environment with ease.
Skilled in organizing and managing multiple tasks at once.
Attention to detail, timely followup, strong scheduling, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and with the team.
Knowledge of the immigration industry is an asset.
