Today's retail used automotive sales industry is dynamic, fast paced, challenging, exciting, and rewarding.

JP Motors, Hamilton-Burlington's, largest volume used vehicle dealer, is seeking an experienced
Sales Representative to facilitate superior customer satisfaction and success.


This position entails the following roles & responsibilities:

  • Greeting potential clients and working with them on their vehicle purchase.
  • Going over different tradein or upgrade offers with clients.
  • Providing customers positive experiences through excellent service.
  • Working in a processdriven work environment.
  • Maintaining an updated customer database.
  • Forward escalations to appropriate management.
  • Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

The following skills and knowledge would be considered an asset:

  • An interest in the import and previously owned automotive industry.
  • Possess strong organizational, followup, and paperflow handling skills.
  • Quick thinker and learner, ability to multitask.
  • Positive, flexible, and processoriented.
  • Organized, Selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and detailoriented.
  • Professional and confident attitude, strong time management skills.
  • Valid OMVIC License.
  • Previous selling experience is an asset.
