WSP
A day in the life:
- Future Ready program design, documentation, deployment planning, budgeting, organizational alignment and communication. Ongoing evaluation, refinement and evolution based on regional and global needs and requirements.
- Educate and engage senior staff, thought leaders and middle management. Win support in selected sectors, embed FR in proposals and projects. Facilitate peertopeer networking (regional, global). Embed into culture, engage our people.
- Engage selected clients on FR via targeted meetings, communications and events. Leverage sector PM's and BD to engage both existing and potential clients in FR. Develop/refine competitive differentiation by sector for program.
- Implement with marketing a multichannel internal and external FR campaign based on the Global marketing program, linking with innovation and key successes. Includes events, white papers on key themes, social media and related digital content.
- Monitor and assess successes and failures with FR program. Modify documentation to reflect. Provide monthly reporting on adoption, client engagement, thought leadership content.
- Evaluate Future Ready trends and engage disciplines in research and development to ensure the Future Ready program and WSP is at the forefront of innovative thinking.
- Share best practice tools and techniques with other national Future Ready leaders.
What you'll bring to WSP
:
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field;
- Capable of working on complex problems and exceptions without direct supervision;
- Ideally 8+ years of related experience.
- Excellent experience in relationship management across all levels and cross functional areas (operations, technology, executives, senior management), and with our clients
