Job Overview:
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Familiarity with logic controllers for equipment operation
- Electrical skills for working on various systems
- Customer service orientation for interacting with staff members
- Ability to maintain and repair equipment efficiently
