Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare our full menu of quality beverages, toppings and desserts by adhering to company standard operating procedures
  • Operate POS, credit card/debit card and delivery app terminals
  • Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock from storage and assisting with inventory orders when needed
  • Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store
  • Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines and COVID standards and protocols
  • May be required to lift and carry up to 25 kg

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills in person and on phone polite, efficient and great attitude
  • Quick learner, strong organizational skills, team player and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Responsible, proactive, problem solver and able to handle tasks with minimum supervision
  • Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
  • Act with integrity and honesty
  • Prior Retail, Food and/or Customer Service experience an asset
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week


Salary:
$15.50 per hour

  • Secondary School (preferred)

  • Barista: 1 year (preferred)
  • Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
