    Sous la responsabilité de la Contrôleur Adjointe, le·la Comptable traitera l'ensemble du cycle des comptes fournisseurs, des remboursements de frais, de la clôture de fin de mois, des comptes clients, de la comptabilisation des revenus et d'apporter son aide lors des audits annuels et d'autres projets ponctuels, notamment la sauvegarde des salaires.

    • Gérer tous les aspects liés aux comptes fournisseurs et au remboursement des dépenses, y compris la gestion des dossiers des fournisseurs, le codage des factures, l'obtention des justificatifs et des autorisations nécessaires pour les factures, et le traitement des demandes d'achat. Agir en tant que point de contact principal, en interne et en externe, pour répondre à toutes les demandes des fournisseurs et des employé·e·s concernant les dépenses;
    • Examiner les rapports de dépenses des cartes de crédit émises par l'entreprise via Concur;
    • Effectuer des paiements deux fois par mois (ACH/virements électroniques);
    • Aider à la clôture de fin de mois et de fin d'année;
    • Préparer les écritures comptables, les analyses et les rapprochements de comptes (liés aux comptes fournisseurs, aux recettes et à la trésorerie);
    • Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires de fin de mois;
    • Participer à l'audit financier annuel;
    • Préparer les déclarations annuelles pour le formulaire 1099;
    • Compiler et gérer les informations pour les audits "Worker's Comp" et 5500;
    • Maintenir et veiller au respect des politiques en matière de comptes fournisseurs et de paie;
    • Remplacer le service de paie si nécessaire;
    • Fournir un soutien pour les projets spéciaux et les analyses ad hoc.
    • DEC en Comptabilité ou Finances;
    • Connaissance pratique des principes US GAAP (Principes Comptables Généralement Reconnus);
    • Connaissance pratique des Normes Internationales d'Information Financière IFRS
    • +5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des comptes fournisseurs, du grand livre général et de la clôture de fin de mois;
    • Solides compétences organisationnelles et interpersonnelles, flexibilité et capacité à hiérarchiser et à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches soumises à des délais;
    • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à loral;
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome pour atteindre les objectifs dans les délais impartis;
    • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, tableaux croisés dynamiques), Outlook, Word;
    • Expérience préalable en matière de paie souhaitée.
