As a Revenue Operations organization, we are transforming how our Sales and Support teams engage with our internal systems to improve ACV and minimize operational overhead This is a unique opportunity to support a variety of transformative change initiatives and ensure our Sales teams understand how to do their job in our quote-to-cash (Q2C) systems.


Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • This position is an individual contributor role and reports into the Revenue Operations Change Management leader/team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Review business requirements and translate those requirements into change impact assessments and coordinate recording of modifications for change management control
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as collaborators analysis and change impact assessments for key collaborator groups to drive development of datadriven change strategies
  • Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to accelerate return on investment of initiatives; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans
  • Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about key changes
  • Leverage data for insightful analysis, offer strategic recommendations, and play a pivotal role in driving and navigating organizational change.
  • Regularly report on activity status to program leadership; work with leadership to advance and resolve risks and issues

Qualifications

  • A degree or an equivalent amount of relevant experience is necessary. *Previous consulting experience is desirable. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
  • Experience in leading/supporting project teams and organizational change workstreams
  • Ability to diagnose and articulate a business problem and provide effective organizational change recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities that tailor seamlessly to appropriate audiences (i.e., managers, employees, HR Business Partners, etc.)
  • Change Management certification or equivalent experience (i.e., Prosci certified)
  • Ability to multitask across workstreams as needed and prioritize tasks based on defined program goals and achievements
  • Ability to collaborate and influence crossfunctional teams in a large, matrixed organization
  • Analytical skills to drive insights from data and measure the impact of change and engagement programs at scale
