We are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist, Truck & Upfit who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.
Are you:
- Selfmotivated and show initiative to act and accomplish objectives?
- Organized and ensure highquality results in your work?
- Create chassis and upfit specifications for Class 1 through 5 (Light Duty) vehicles by working with suppliers to generate price quotes and profiles for customers.
- Assist customers/clients (prospects included) and Sales Team with all truck related chassis specification and upfitting issues including review of customer vehicle specifications and provide guidance for improvements
- Provide crossfunctional, crossbusiness support and guidance for Maintenance, Sales and Customer Service regarding upfit vehicles
- Develop and maintain key relations with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Dealer, upfitter and other suppliers
- Provide departmental leadership and expertise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or technical degree in business, engineering or other industryrelated discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with truck & commercial vehicle specing chassis and upfitting
- TMI Certification, ASE Certification, NTEA affiliation, SAE Member or other industryrelated affiliations preferred
- Ability to work a hybrid work location schedule from either our Hopkins, MN or Sparks, MD office
