AutoShack is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain/Operations Systems Analyst to analyze and create Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications for a new warehouse and shipping software system integrated with our NetSuite Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate the existing warehouse and shipping processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining within the context of NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs, ensuring alignment with NetSuite Oracle ERP capabilities.
Create clear and concise Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications for the new warehouse and shipping software system.
Work closely with software developers and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the new software system with NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure the software meets the defined requirements and functional specifications, including proper integration with NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition from the current system to the new software, maintaining data integrity within NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Provide training and support to endusers during the software implementation and postimplementation phases, focusing on the integration points with NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the new software system and its integration with NetSuite Oracle ERP, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to warehouse and shipping software systems, particularly within the NetSuite Oracle ERP ecosystem.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain management or operations analysis, with a focus on software analysis and implementation.
Strong understanding of warehouse and shipping processes and supply chain management within the context of NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications for software systems, particularly within the NetSuite Oracle ERP ecosystem.
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify process improvements and system requirements, with knowledge of NetSuite Oracle ERP data structures and integration capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while considering the impacts on NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on addressing business challenges and opportunities within the NetSuite Oracle ERP context.
Familiarity with warehouse and shipping software systems, such as WMS, TMS, or ERP systems, integrated with NetSuite Oracle ERP.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with NetSuite Oracle ERP capabilities and constraints.
