We are currently looking for Assistant Department Leaders in the following areas:

• Deli Department
• Grocery Department
• Meat Department
• Produce Department
• Front-End Department

*Role Overview: Assistant Department Leaders

• Expert of the company vision, mission, and core values
• Bring a positive demeanor every day
• Work collaboratively with others within the store to achieve working relationships
• Establishes high standards and takes personal responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of work
• Creating and maintaining a phenomenal customer experience
• Ensure food safety and quality control of all products at all times
• Supporting the manager with inventory, waste control/management
• Ensure health and safety standards are performed
• Coordinating special promotions, displays, and events

*Street Credentials:

• Must have valid work authorization in Canada
• Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekend and evenings
• 1+ years of Leadership experience in a Grocery or related field
• Loves working in a clean and well-maintained workplace environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Physical Requirements are required as a Leader in Fresh St. Market
