Description
Flamboro Technical Services is a fabrication company that specializes in stainless steel components for the food and pharmaceutical industries. We are looking to grow our team and we have an immediate opening for a CNC lathe machinist/operator.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setup and operate multiple CNC Lathe
  • Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments
  • Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
  • Keep machines and surrounding area clean while maintaining a safe work environment
  • Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION

  • Minimum 2 years od setup and operation on a CNC Lathes
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Excellent knowledge of tooling
  • Effectively communicate
  • Ability to preform in process inspection and complete necessary forms
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Willingness to cross train on other types of machinery is an asset
  • Esprit Programming knowledge is an asset

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENT

  • Hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Own Steeltoe safety shoes
