- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain customer records
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
