Receptionist/administrator - Edmonton, Canada - Alliance Counselling and Assessment

Description

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain customer records
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
• Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
