Job summary
The Assistant Store Manager position is critical to our success, providing support to the Management Team in all areas of operations management and team leadership. You'll drive the store's daily performance, inspire a team of employees, and ensure seamless customer service delivery.Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' high standards for style and innovation.
- Monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to create a seamless shopping experience.
