Food and Beverage Operations Consultant
Studio 89 is looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Consultant to help us run our not-for
- profit social enterprise café. The café is a community hub serving fair trade coffee to fund community programs.

The successful consultant will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the current café, while establishing and implementing robust and efficient operating procedures.

The goal is to create consistency and increase profitability.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years senior management experience operating café or similar franchise

Point of sales/ payroll/ catering/ bookkeeping/ staff management experience

Leadership qualities and communication expertise

Salary negotiable based on experience.
