As an
Executive Assistant, Marketing (12 Month Contract) you will be providing administrative support to the Vice-President Marketing as well as the Cereal, Snacks and Innovation teams.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Direct Support to Vice President of Marketing - Facilitate Vice President Marketing's time management & effectiveness by organizing regular team meetings, proactive calendar management, and managing all day-to-day requests.

Collaborating with Broader Marketing Team - Support our creative marketing teams with organizing meetings, placing sample orders, and helping onboard new employees.

Budgeting & Accounting - Set up and manage the overhead budget throughout the year, meeting key financial deadlines and making sure the budget is on track. You will also oversee Purchase Orders and Vendor set up.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- College certificate / Diploma in secretarial studies.
- 2 3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and able to prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Great interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated good judgment and proactive problemsolving skills.
- Experience and indepth knowledge of basic software programs: Microsoft Outlook & Teams, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent customer service and record keeping skills including shared drives.
