Responsibilities

- Campaign Updates Prepare implement seasonal themes Update banners visuals promotional sections announcements Ensure all season changes display correctly across desktop mobile Roll back adjust themes after campaigns needed
- Security& Website Protection Ensure website security best practices placeMonitor suspicious activity broken scripts vulnerabilitiesEnsure backup recovery mechanisms properly configuredProtect site from downtime high traffic periods
- Tidio live chat email integration Configure maintain Tidio live chat email integration Ensure customer inquiries automated emails notifications received correctly Verify integrations payment gateways apps third-party tools Troubleshoot integration failures delays
