Responsible for warmly greeting clients in person and via telephone, booking appointments, file maintenance and selling memberships, service upgrades and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone
- Check in clients through booking system
- Multitask between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health / wellness benefits of massage and skin care
- Follow proper filing procedures / file maintenance
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Various other duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent personal appearance
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
