Air Borealis is currently seeking a Coastal Stations Support Lead to join our team in
Goose Bay, NL or one of our Coastal Locations.
Coastal Stations Support Lead will provide support and guidance to counter staff to ensure policies and procedures are carried out while educating and empowering employees to perform at the best of their abilities while keeping professionalism and customer service the main priority while also ensuring that daily operations are carried out in a correct and timely manner


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Actively Participate in any relevant meetings and communicate relevant information to all stations when required.
  • Understand the SMS program to train CSR's how to correctly use SMS.
  • Formulate and implement corrective action or supportive actions with Coastal Stations Supervisor, based on coastal station needs.
  • Work with Coastal CSR Group to strive towards customer service excellence.
  • Ensure the installation and maintenance of the 'nine core values' of PAL/Air Borealis.
  • Ensure there are mechanisms in place to ensure CSR Compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular Coastal Station visits to assist stations in preparation for daily operations, CTA and TC audits, quality control audits and emergency response.
  • Participate in the education of all relevant training modules pertaining to CSR Operations.
  • Upkeep on all relevant changes to any training materials.
  • Assist with modifications to any procedures and ensure applicable training materials are up to date.
  • Travel as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate independently and in a team within a fastpaced environment.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Willingness to learn and become proficient in new operating systems
  • Ability to obtain a clear code of conduct
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
  • Embrace personal accountability and responsibility.
  • Must possess strong organizational and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing and managing tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
