  • Be fully licensed (securities/mutual funds and US licensing an asset).
  • Work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Be entrepreneurial and selfmotivated.
  • May be at all stages of one's career including retiring PM's and advisors as part of a succession plan.
  • Have their own practice of managing investments for their clients
