LOCATION:
11 Tristan Ct, Nepean, ON K2E 8B9

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Full-time 40 hours/week)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the face of our company, welcoming pet parents and other site visitors
Create and present financial estimates and bills, as well as handle payments and refunds
May assist in setting up visitations, presenting aftercare options (including urns and memorial items), and memorial item pick ups
Ensure client facing areas are clean and tidy

You don't mind a fastpaced environment and can execute tasks accurately

WORKING CONDITIONS:

An office setting, working at a desk using phones and computers
Frequent bending and lifting, (20lb minimum weight)
Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
You may occasionally handle deceased pets
