Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide exceptional care to individuals in need.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health conditions
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in senior care or caregiving
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform basic medical tasks, such as medication administration
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or assisted living facilities
