About this role

Sensitech is seeking a
Production Associate who will be working in a back office environment assisting with programming units and arranging the shipping thereof. We are looking for someone who can also coordinate the activities of the team with respect to supply chain, production and logistics.

This is an
onsite role in
Vaughan ON.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate, assign and monitor the daily flow of new units to be programmed
Review and check the programming of units received by other employees on the team
Engagement in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products
Process the purchasing transactions and coordination of the units
Follow work procedures and processes in line with company standards
Order supplies and materials as needed
Assist manager in the maintenance of programming fixtures, i.e. upkeep and replacement

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
1 year plus experience in a warehouse setting

Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:

Experience in administration in a production or manufacturing environment
Experience with production planning software
English communication skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Multiple tasking and prioritizing work effectively
Problemsolving skills
