THE ROLE

Come join a dynamic global legal team under the supervision of the Head of Corporate Legal Affairs supporting an exciting portfolio with endless growth opportunities:

Drafting resolutions and corporate documents for Alimentation Couche-Tard inc. (ACT) and its subsidiaries.
Preparing annual declarations/reports, extraprovincial registrations and any other corporate reports for the ACT Group.
Collaborating with an international team of legal professionals on various matters;
Administrative management of files, filing and updating in computerized systems.
While experience in the field of securities law is an asset, willingness and interest to learn is "a must":
Assisting in the preparation of continuous disclosure documents (quarterly and annual), share buyback program, private placement notices, etc.
Supporting Senior Securities Paralegal with the filing of documents via SEDAR and insider reporting on SEDI;

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Hold a paralegal diploma or equivalent training;
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in the field of corporate law;
Considering the Global nature of ACT's operations, bilingualism is mandatory (French and English).
Excellent sense of priorities, organization and planning;
Ability to manage several files at once, with a rigorous detailed oriented work ethic;
Curiosity and willingness to learn in the field of securities law;
