Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and assist the manager in daily duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and reps and ensuring their needs are met.

Duties:
- Answering incoming calls at busy times
- Finding out reps availability and create schedules
- Providing accurate information about products or services
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist manager in daily duties and help sales reps with their needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in english
- Previous experience in a customer service and team leader
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not a must
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

From $22.00 per hour
