HR Administrator - Regina, Canada - Brandt
Description
Brandt is currently seeking an HR Administrator for our Regina, SK location.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Administration support to the Culture team
- Provide coordination support for Brandt University, including programs such as onboarding, learning and development, employee experience, etc.
- Provide support with training records and management
- Updating and distributing program documentation
- Respond to queries related to programs in Brandt University
- Provide support to the implementation and management of the learning management system
- Contribute to and support the metrics and measurement of the team and its programs
- Help administrate the Onboarding program with new employees for them to become fully integrated
- Help administrate Human Resources reports related to the Culture group
- Stay current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Professionalism, organizational, and project management skills
- Certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of related field
- CPHR considered an asset
