Brandt is currently seeking an HR Administrator for our Regina, SK location.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Administration support to the Culture team
  • Provide coordination support for Brandt University, including programs such as onboarding, learning and development, employee experience, etc.
  • Provide support with training records and management
  • Updating and distributing program documentation
  • Respond to queries related to programs in Brandt University
  • Provide support to the implementation and management of the learning management system
  • Contribute to and support the metrics and measurement of the team and its programs
  • Help administrate the Onboarding program with new employees for them to become fully integrated
  • Help administrate Human Resources reports related to the Culture group
  • Stay current on the company's organizational structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience

  • Certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management of related field
  • CPHR considered an asset
