Shift Availability: Between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (rotating schedule, including opens, closes, and weekends)
Salary: From $18.75 per hour + tips

About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you play a key leadership role on the floor. You are responsible for supporting daily operations, leading the team during your shift, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly, and consistent service. You lead by example, keep things running smoothly, and step in wherever needed to support both the team and our guests.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Support
- Lead the team during your shift, setting the tone for service, efficiency, and teamwork
- Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift
- Help onboard and train new team members on systems, standards, and culture
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Guest Experience
- Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Support team members in guiding guests through the menu and making suggestions
- Handle guest questions, concerns, or issues calmly and professionally
- Ensure a consistently positive guest experience from open to close
Operations & Food Quality
- Oversee salad and bowl preparation to ensure speed, accuracy, and presentation standards
- Ensure prep lines are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards at all times
Shift Management
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure all checklists and daily tasks are completed accurately
- Communicate any issues, shortages, or concerns to management
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of supervisory and/or management experience
- 2+ years experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A calm, solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and pride in quality and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and support a team during busy shifts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
