Job Title:
Front Desk Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Process customer orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the management team
- Monitor office supplies and order as needed
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
