Job Title:
Front Desk Administrator


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Process customer orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the management team
  • Monitor office supplies and order as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
