We are hiring a Divisional Manager for our Food & Water Business to deliver and secure profitable growth for a Business Division within a Sales Company in line with the Sales Company strategy, targets and objectives by utilizing the available human and capital resources in the most efficient way.

About the job

Develop and implement the division business strategy, including business planning and targets according to the Sales Company strategy.
Carry out market, customer and competitor analyses and reflect this in strategy and plans.
Drive sales and business development through the implementation of the Business Units Strategy and Sales plans within the agreed operating budgets for the business units.
Forecast sales and budgets, and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets.
Be an active part of the Sales Company management team.
Cooperate with local and central Business Units across Alfa Laval within business area of responsibility.
Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the division strategy.
Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant competencies in the division, and be "coach the coach".
Plan and distribute the resources to optimize the results, use the synergies to improve the overall performance.
Management of our channel partners, ensuring clear strategy, targets and follow-up, including the implementation of partner development activities.
Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.
