_Adminstrative Assistant _Responsibilities and Duties
- Data entry in Quick Books Online
- Process weekly payroll and employee expenses
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Client Billing
- Prepare bank deposits
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Call customers to arrange installation dates
- Compile and collect installation paperwork
- General office duties: order supplies, answer phone calls, greet visitor
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience with QBO or similar accounting program
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Secondary School diploma; office administration certificate/diploma would be an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-35 per week
Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
