_Adminstrative Assistant _
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Data entry in Quick Books Online
  • Process weekly payroll and employee expenses
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Client Billing
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Call customers to arrange installation dates
  • Compile and collect installation paperwork
  • General office duties: order supplies, answer phone calls, greet visitor
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience with QBO or similar accounting program
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Secondary School diploma; office administration certificate/diploma would be an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24-35 per week


Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
