Ensign Pacific Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a high-performing Parts Advisor to join our team

About the Position:

The Parts Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by supplying parts to customers. This will require determining the customer's needs through parts identification and effective communication.

You will use catalogs both electronic and paper, and be able to effectively use our CDK system for creating quotes and repair estimates, and the invoicing of parts and service.

Responsibilities

Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills
Receive parts orders from customers in person at sales counter and over the phone
Sourcing and ordering parts from internal and external sources
Troubleshooting and problem solving to determine customer needs
Picking and packaging of parts orders for shipping to customers
Receiving of incoming parts stock orders
Maintain a clean, safe and professional work environment

Qualifications

Counter sales experience in a parts, retail or a customer service environment
Self-Starter who takes the initiative to get things done
Multitasking and time management skills
Strong customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
