Based in Vancouver, BC, Moola Inc, is an organization where we operate with agility, and with our plans for rapid growth, we are launching multiple new products and looking to expand our team with new top talent to work a combination of remotely and from our downtown office.

Are you someone who is self-motivated, a self-starter, and is excited about tracking down bugs? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and think of testing in a holistic way? Moola is looking for our next QA Test Analyst Intern for a 4-8 month internship.

What you will be doing:

Test on web and mobile platforms as required by the project
Design, develop and execute manual test plans and test cases on mobile and desktop
Document easily portable and maintainable Test Cases and Test Scripts
Logging defects concisely into the defect tracking tool, and track defects from entry until closure
Investigating, diagnosing, and debugging software issues to enhance customer experience
Identify opportunities to improves test process or methodology
Generate defect reports and provide status reports on all testing activities
Participate in scrum meetings and provide QA updates
Collaborate closely with the whole product team

What you bring to the table:

Must be enrolled and in progress of completing a computer science program at a Canadian University/College
Understanding of the full SDLC
Understanding of the agile methodology
Excellent problemsolving skills
Excellent communication skills
Legally able to work fulltime in Canada, and onsite at our Vancouver office
Must be able to work fulltime for 4 months starting in April/May 2023
