They are responsible for overseeing a team of workers and ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to staff in the BST area.

Manage label printing and RF gun operations with accuracy.

Ensure smooth equipment function and address any operational issues in BST.

Maintain high productivity levels and quality standards in a fast-moving setting.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet departmental goals.

Adapt to extended work hours when business demands increase.

Requirements:

Proven ability to direct employees within the BST work area.

Competency in printing labels and operating RF scanning devices.

Solid understanding of equipment operation specific to BST.

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Strong independent working skills, with the ability to also perform effectively as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Basic computer literacy and data entry skills are essential.
